Private Yoga

Our senior teachers are available for private yoga classes.

Private sessions are a great option if perhaps have an injury or a special consideration and looking for some time to transition and overcome any hurdles in your practice with a supportive and qualified teacher.

Perhaps you wish to explore new and uncharted terrain in your practice that an open class does not allow.

You have an opportunity to have a teacher dedicated to you and you alone and focused on achieving your outcome for the class and your practice.

We recommend private sessions to all students in the early stages of taking up a yoga practice to ensure that you get the most out of every time you roll out your mat.
