Our Studio has included Cold Water Immersion  and Ice Bath Events as part of Inspired Living approach to achieving optimum health and wellbeing.

Our studio has a beautiful cold water outdoor Rainforest Shower Option for post classes that students are able to experience after a hot yoga practice or just to simply enjoy the benefits.
